We are presently seeking a Project Manager to play a key role indriving projects forward, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, service, suppliers, and leadership teams while helping deliver innovative industrial systems to market.This role is on-site and reporting to the General Manager.This is a newly created role driven by continued growth and expansion across our operations.The final wage will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall qualifications.What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead complex industrial equipment and product development projects from concept through commercializationBuild and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking plansCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, controls, automation,



and software teamsSupport system integration, testing, validation, commissioning, and deployment activitiesDrive accountability and maintain momentum across cross-functional teamsCoordinate suppliers, contractors, and external technical partners to ensure execution alignmentSupport manufacturing readiness, production planning, and operational launch activitiesAssist with service procedures, technical documentation, and deployment supportMonitor field performance and help drive continuous improvement based on operational feedbackWhat You Bring
Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, or a related disciplineExperience leading complex industrial equipment, automation, or product development programsStrong project management, organizational, and execution capabilityAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and competing prioritiesStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience working with suppliers, contractors, and technical partnersComfortable operating in both technical and operational environmentsIndustrial automation or plastic processing systemsPLC/HMI and industrial controls environmentsProduct launch, commissioning,
