Arcadis seeks Legal Counsel with commercial contracting expertise to support complex Canadian projects from any Arcadis office. This is a full-time position.As part of Arcadis’s Canadian in-house legal team, you will advise on Design-Build-Finance and Target Cost Contracts. You will guide pursuit, negotiation, and delivery activities. The position also supports project teams, business leaders, risk mitigation, and claims management with external counsel.Key Responsibilities:
Support pursuit and negotiation of complex commercial contractsAdvise on Design-Build-Finance and Target Cost ContractsProvide proactive contractual risk guidance to teamsAlign legal strategies with business objectivesSupport claims management with external counselRequirements:
Three to six years of post-call experienceExperience in private practice or an in-house roleCurrent license in an eligible Canadian provinceExperience with commercial or qualified services mattersAlternative delivery contracting familiarity preferredBring commercial contracts experience and practical risk guidance to Arcadis’s Canadian legal team and project delivery work.
