You will shape product vision and goals, coordinate workstreams, and guide delivery for services serving Nova Scotians. Collaboration spans internal departments, business partners, senior leadership, and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:




Provide senior oversight across the product development lifecycleGenerate work plans with the Director of ServiceAct as liaison between business partners and leadershipGuide digital delivery best practices and standardsCollaborate with internal staff and external vendor resourcesRequirements:
At least five years’ experience in product delivery or managementRelated bachelor’s or master’s degreeStrong organizational skills for prioritizing work under deadlinesSound judgement and diplomacy under pressureUnderstanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist policy developmentBring product leadership, workstream coordination, and inclusive policy guidance to up-to-date Registry of Motor Vehicles service delivery.
