Lead Leamington GM’s dealership operations with business acumen, sales experience, and exceptional leadership in an in-person automotive management role.The General Manager oversees Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance at Leamington GM. This senior leader drives profitability, customer retention, and employee engagement while maintaining manufacturer compliance and brand integrity. The position requires operational, financial, and team-development expertise.Bring dealership leadership, financial management, and customer experience expertise to Leamington GM and its Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Corvette lineups.Responsibilities




Oversee daily operations across all dealership departmentsManage P&L; statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsPartner with the General Sales Manager on targetsDrive Service and Parts performance and absorptionRecruit, train, and mentor department managersRequirements
Five-plus years managing a high-volume dealershipProven General Manager or General Sales Manager experienceProficiency with CDK Global or Reynolds & ReynoldsUnderstanding of automotive laws, F&I;, and manufacturer requirementsOMVIC and driving licences required
