The position directs staff planning, performance management, contracts, services, and approximately $17 million in operating and capital budgets.Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor road, roadside, and drainage maintenance programsDevelop stormwater inspection plans meeting provincial CLI-ECA requirementsEnforce policies supporting secure,



efficient service deliveryPrepare and monitor operating and capital budgetsLead staff and contractors while ensuring Occupational Health and Safety complianceRequirements:
Post-secondary Civil Engineering Technology diploma and C.E.T. designationMinimum 10 years supervisory, management, or project management experienceExperience in engineering, road operations, or municipal worksPublic sector unionized environment management experienceStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBring municipal roads, stormwater, budget, and staff leadership experience to the Town of Caledon’s Public Works team.
