Support PAL Aerospace’s critical community missions.As NL Air Ambulance Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Air Ambulance and help manage integrated ambulance services. Responsibilities span daily operations, aircraft and pilot availability, policies, stakeholder liaison, and corrective actions. You may also fly as Captain or serve as Training Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily schedules for Newfoundland and Labrador operationsExecute operations under defined company policies and proceduresIdentify non-compliance and develop corrective action plansRepresent Air Ambulance Services in operational meetingsSupport recruitment and day-to-day operational managementRequirements:
Minimum 2,000 hours total time1,000 hours pilot in command timeValid ATPL with Instrument and Multi-Engine RatingsExperience in leadership or supervisionProficiency with Microsoft Office suite productsUse flight experience, operational judgment, and regulatory knowledge to help deliver protected NL Air Ambulance services with PAL Aerospace.
