You will work with the Chief Commercial Officer, engineering, factories, and manufacturing partners. The position covers purchase orders, lead times, replenishment, reverse logistics, and operating systems. Your purpose is to build and run the network supporting care organizations and families.Key Responsibilities:
Forecast supply and establish purchase orders, safety stock, and shortage rulesDesign replenishment logic across factories, warehouses, and third-party logistics nodesBuild refurbishment processes for testing, repair, regrading,



and redeploymentCreate return processes for families and care partnersDevelop SOPs, dashboards, scorecards, and parcel economicsRequirements:
End-to-end ownership of suppliers, purchasing, delivery, and returnsExperience building hardware refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics programsExperience creating planning or operating systems from scratchCross-border experience with factories and third-party logistics providersBackground in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing supply chainsBring hardware supply chain leadership, refurbishment expertise, and cross-border logistics experience to Pontosense’s growing network.
