Pâtisserie Cocobun is a beloved Montreal bakery with a long-standing tradition of serving freshly baked goods to our community. As we modernize our operations, we're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated summer intern to support key administrative tasks that will help us stay organized and efficient.

Summary

This is an ideal role for a Senior high school, CEGEP, or university student looking to gain real-world experience in a small business workplace. The intern will work closely with the team to complete a variety of administrative tasks and special projects.

Responsibilities

- Compile a master list of all products sold across our bakery locations
- Record product details, including ingredients, pricing, and packaging information
- Assist with light research and organizational projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping tasks

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in high school, CEGEP, or university
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Word)




- Knowledge of graphic design tools a strong asset (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interest in food, small business operations, or administration is a plus
- Languages: French and English (required); Chinese (a strong asset)

Pay: $16.10 per hour
