As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to menu development, ensuring that our standards for quality and safety are consistently met.

Duties

- Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.




- Assist in the development of special events or catering menus as required.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management within a kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
