- Handle customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Provide detailed information about automotive repair services and products offered.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership offerings, mechanical knowledge, and automotive repair processes to effectively assist customers.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Collaborate with mechanics and service staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer experience.




- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a dealership or automotive setting.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies is advantageous.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is a plus, enabling better communication with customers regarding their vehicle issues.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate transaction records.
