Compensation:

- Hourly Rate: $22/hour
- Commission: $2,000-$4,000+ per month (based on sales performance)
- Commission eligibility begins after 3-week training period

Position Overview:We are hiring a Director of Operations with strong experience in sales, administration, and showroom management. The ideal candidate will be organized, driven, and confident working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with flooring recommendations
- Educate clients on product options and close sales
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage customer inquiries
- Process and manage orders, book installations, and maintain records
- Perform opening/closing duties and maintain showroom cleanliness
- Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, POS systems, Gmail, and social media for administrative and marketing tasks

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience




- Minimum 5 years in customer service or operations
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work independently, including managing the showroom solo
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and social platforms

- Work Days: Tuesday-Saturday

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
