Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our salon. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to assist clients in their salon experience is essential. Must know Punjabi or Hindi as well.

Duties

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about services and products.
- Conduct product demonstrations as needed, showcasing our offerings to clients.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all client records are up-to-date.
- Assist with retail sales by effectively communicating product perks and features to clients.
- Support salon staff by coordinating schedules and managing client flow during busy periods.




- Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.

Experience

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical sales or retail sales is a plus, particularly in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
