About the Role:

As Membership Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and proactive voice of the Chamber — building robust connections with current members and reaching out to prospective ones. You'll help ensure our members feel valued, engaged, and informed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on community engagement, loves small business, and enjoys working independently in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Member Relations: Act as the primary contact for member support, and onboarding.
- Member Retention & Growth: Proactively engage current members and help recruit new ones through outreach and follow-up.
- Event Involvement: Support Chamber-hosted events, including membership drives
- Data Collecting Track membership stats and provide regular updates to the General Manager and Board.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized,



and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service, or community engagement an asset
- Familiarity with North Perth and its business community is a bonus!
