Requirements and Technical Skills

- 10+ years of proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer

- Successful track record delivering projects in similarly sized organizations

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools:

- Apex

- Visualforce

- Lightning Components

- SOQL

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model

- Solid experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs

Objectives and Deliverables

- Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Salesforce solutions

- Customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules

- Ensure smooth integration with external systems and platforms

- Handle data import/export and migration with high standards of data integrity

- Write scalable, efficient,



and well-structured Apex and Lightning code

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build tailored Salesforce applications

- Implement system enhancements that support business processes

- Develop integrations with on-premise and cloud-based systems

- Manage data operations ensuring accuracy and consistency
