Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Intern to join our team for a project starting from 15th June to 15th July . This role is essential in supporting our bakery operations, ensuring that our products are prepared and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to food safety, along with excellent customer service skills.

Duties

- Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including cakes, brownies, cookies and other baked delights.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle food products safely, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or a baking environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic baking skills and knowledge of baking techniques.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
