Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a qualified manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and reporting.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with product demonstrations as needed to enhance customer engagement.
- Provide support in retail sales activities, promoting products and services effectively.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.




- Communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with product demos or presentations is a plus.
