The Implementations & Solutions Specialist - Warehouse supports the design and implementation of innovative warehouse solutions to improve operational efficiency and support new merchant onboarding. You will assist with facility layouts, process documentation, and data analysis to help bring new warehouse operations to life.

Working closely with senior, cross-functional team members, and merchants, you will contribute to business development projects and play a supporting role in the successful execution of warehouse setup and service launches. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow in logistics, warehousing, and implementation work.

You have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn technical concepts related to distribution and operations. A background in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering is ideal but not required.

Assist in developing warehouse layouts and solution concepts under the guidance of senior team members.





Work with data files to perform basic analysis and identify trends. Participate in internal and external client meetings to gain understanding of project goals and requirements.

Prepare presentations and reports to support project tracking and communication.

Help identify areas for improvement based on observation and data inputs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support project execution.

At least 5 years of experience in 3PL warehousing, logistics, operations, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent education preferred but not required.

Robust interest in logistics, project management, and continuous improvement.

Proficient in Google or Microsoft Suite and data analysis.

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multiple teams.

Knowledge on Shopify, NetSuite, SaaS, BI platforms is an advantage but not a requirement. Business travels across North America may be required from time to time.
