Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced manager to lead the deployment and ongoing support of Signavio process management across a global business transformation initiative. The role combines technical delivery, vendor management, process governance, and change management to drive process excellence and organizational adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Signavio deployment including configuration, integrations, testing, and cutover

Own production stability, day-to-day support, incident management, and SLA tracking

Design governance frameworks, access controls, and lifecycle processes with process owners and IT

Build and maintain integrations with core systems, ERP, and reporting tools

Develop training programs, adoption materials, and user enablement resources





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (High School minimum required)
- 8+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS deployment/support programs
- Hands-on experience with Signavio or comparable process management/BPM tools
- Solid technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, identity controls, and enterprise architecture
- IT service management experience (incident, change, problem management, SLAs)
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
