Lead provincial medical labour relations and compensation services with Shared Health in Winnipeg through strategic negotiations and stakeholder engagement. This hybrid position works daytime shifts.
As Director, you will support Manitoba’s healthcare system through labour relations strategies, medical compensation analysis, and workforce planning. The position requires leadership in negotiations, collaboration with executives, service partners, specialists, and legal counsel. Shared Health coordinates province-wide health services and centralized functions across Manitoba.
Lead provincial medical labour relations and compensation services
Develop, evaluate, and implement contract negotiations
Five years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
Bring strategic leadership, negotiation expertise, and healthcare workforce knowledge to Shared Health’s provincial medical services in Winnipeg.
