Job : The Registered Nurse A is responsible to The Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing. The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. As a member of The Nursing Department, The Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning,



implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

3 years acute care nursing including 1 year recent Emergency nursing required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Other Education and Training
- Required to complete an Adult Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners training
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) or other trauma assessment course desired

Ability to perform technical emergency nursing duties with skill and competence
