We are seeking an Employment and Labour Associate to join our London, Ontario office. Ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication and oral advocacy skills,



and a passion for advising employers in labour and employment matters.

Two to four years of post-call experience in employment law, labour law or a related litigation practice.

Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Ability to conduct legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.

Sound judgment and the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.

A collaborative, client-focused approach and a commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to be flexible with regards to work hours during busy periods to meet the demands of the role.

A hybrid work environment (4 days in office)

Permanent, Full-Time. This position is located in our London office, and it is not a current position.
