Tray delivery to units

Transportation of patient food carts to and from patient care unit

Meal service (meal tray assembly)

Portion hot beverages

Work in dish room/ cleaning duties

Knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) an asset.

Mandatory, valid food handlers’ certificate

Previous hospital experience working in Nutrition & Food Services an asset

Ability to work under minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks

Customer service skills essential

Language Ability

~ Effective verbal/written communication skills in English are essential. Concentration with attention to detail, especially when working on the patient food service beltline
