At Avalon Holographics, we’re developing technology that helps people understand complex systems and solve real-world problems. We’re building advanced holographic visualization systems that combine optics, hardware, and software to enable shared, real-time 3D understanding of complex data — supporting digital twin environments, simulation, collaboration, and real-time decision-making across industries such as healthcare and defense.

As our technology moves into real-world environments, customers and early adopters are helping uncover recent challenges, workflows, and opportunities. This role focuses on evaluating those opportunities, identifying where meaningful value exists, and guiding development toward work that delivers measurable impact.

We are seeking a Product Manager who is driven by curiosity and motivated by solving complex problems — someone who looks beyond individual requests to understand the bigger picture, connects insights across teams and validated customer input, and helps chart a clear path from idea to outcome. This role interacts across the organization, from engineers to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that validated feedback from the field informs product direction.

Work with internal teams and validated customer insight to evaluate needs and guide product direction.

Review validated customer workflows, challenges, and use cases gathered through customer engagements.

Evaluate how customers apply 3D visualization and holographic display technology within their workflows, identifying where new capabilities can create meaningful impact.

Assess trade-offs between technical effort, risk, and expected value.

Collaborate with Engineering teams to align software, hardware,

and visualization capabilities with validated real-world application needs.

Support the evolution of 3D visualization features and workflows as new use cases emerge across industries.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Systems, or similar discipline).

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or similar roles involving complex, integrated hardware and software systems.
- Experience supporting customer discovery, field evaluations, or operational testing environments.
- Experience working with both technical teams and non-technical users.
- Comfort discussing technical trade-offs and feasibility with engineering teams.
- Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate how individual requests impact broader platform capabilities and long-term product direction.
- Confidence to engage in technical and strategic discussions and help move decisions forward into execution.
- Experience working in early-stage or start-up environments.

Experience helping bring complex or deep-tech products to market.

Familiarity with visualization systems, simulation tools, digital twins, or advanced technical platforms.

Work-Life Balance – Benefit from flexible work policies that support your well-being.

Competitive Compensation – We offer competitive salaries, employee stock option grants, and 100% employer-paid health and dental benefits, allowing you to share in our success as we grow.

We celebrate diversity and are dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other aspect of identity, can succeed.
