N2P Systems is seeking an experienced Appian Technical Lead to join our enterprise technology delivery team in Toronto, ON. At N2P Systems, you will put 10+ years of hands-on experience with Appian, Workflow Automation and Case Management to work on mission-critical enterprise systems. This is an existing full-time, hybrid vacancy with N2P Systems.

We are seeking an experienced Appian Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Appian solutions supporting digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives. The role provides technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure low-code applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards, including integration with enterprise systems such as OnBase.

N2P Systems uses AI to help screen and assess applications for this role. N2P Systems is an enterprise technology consulting and digital solutions firm operating across Canada, the United States and India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define Appian architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications and workflows.
- Guide development teams on Appian implementation, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems, including OnBase, APIs, and databases.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.




- Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams.
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Drive reusable component development and platform best-practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in application development and solution architecture.
- Robust expertise in Appian design, development, and architecture.
- Experience with workflow automation, case management, and business process design.
- Proficiency in Appian integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and databases.
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Appian certifications at Senior/Lead Developer or Architect level.
- Experience integrating Appian with OnBase or ECM platforms.
- Experience in financial services or insurance.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
