Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food supplies and restaurant materials as needed.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in order taking and service delivery.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
