Perform PM’s, troubleshooting, basic repairs, adjustments and installations to commercial electrical systems
hot/cold issues, general plumbing, light carpentry work, electrical, piping repairs, lighting issues, minor leaks while
demonstrating robust customer service skills

Responds to building system alarms to preserve the critical load, minimize equipment or system damage, and
participates in root cause analysis
•
working area set up so that specialty contractors may perform assigned or duties while minimizing risk to workers,
Maintains records for inventory of repair supplies and materials; prepares materials requisitions for approval by
supervisor as replacement needs dictate

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a commercial facility maintenance environment.
Flexibility to work overtime and all assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require.
Proficiency in using hand tools, test equipment, and standard maintenance shop practices.
Ability to respond to equipment alarms, troubleshoot systems through graphical user interfaces, and stabilize operations until specialized OEM technicians arrive on site.
Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, technical procedures, journals, and government regulations.
Electrical license preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch,



and crawl throughout the workday.
