Responsibilities

Commission machines through full production cycle including system integration, factory reception testing, and factory acceptance testing

Travel to customer sites for site acceptance testing, training, qualification, and service support up to 30% of the time

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues on products using established procedures and documentation

Provide technical support to engineers, technicians, and customers in office and field settings





Participate in after-hours customer support roster

Requirements

- Post-secondary engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics
- 1–2 years' experience in programming and mechanical or electrical problem-solving
- Valid Canadian passport for cross-border travel
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Experience with robotics, PLCs, HMIs, or industrial networking preferred
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) a plus

Compensation: $67,000–$80,000 CAD base plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
