A General License (OTL) will be required or be willing to obtain, along with multi-tasking skills and proficiency with phones and computers will be an asset. Provide prompt,
accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Service/Sales experience
Successful track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas preferred
Proactive in problem solving and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook
Must have strong integrity, ethics, and adhere to regulatory compliance
