Store Manager

As Store Manager, you will be an ambassador for the client’s standards, responsible for leading and developing the store team through hands‑on management and coaching. Selling leadership & floor management

(standards, processes, and performance)

Retail Director , you will act as a role model for the business and demonstrate strong sales leadership by building your team’s client portfolio, driving repurchase, and supporting cross‑selling through effective sales floor management—while ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.

You will manage, coach, and develop the team to create long‑term client relationships and deliver a premium client journey. You will identify business opportunities, implement action plans to achieve store targets,



and be accountable for store performance, operations, and budget. premium or luxury retail , and you enjoy being present on the sales floor with both clients and your team.

140,000–$160,000 CAD (annual)
