Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Intermediate Accountant performs customer billings and accounts payable duties for Athabasca Catering Partnership Limited (ACLP) and its group of companies. there is NO option to work remotely.

Billing for related and unrelated companies.

- Accounts payable for related and unrelated companies.
- Inventory clearing account reconciliation for all entities.
- Inter-Company transaction reconciliations in advance of month end close and prepare to pay these out.
- Prepare bank deposits as required.
- An acceptable combination of education, experience, and training may also be considered.
- Two (2) to Three (3) years experience working with Sage 300 and Excel in an office environment is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory processes and procedures.
- Ability to safely travel and occasionally visit our work from home sites, via flying or drive-in transportation.
