Reporting to the press department supervisor and working closely with the Lead Press Operator, the offset press operator helps prepare, operate,



and maintain printing equipment (sheet-fed or web presses, depending on the plant). The successful candidate supports make-readies, job changes, and press supply activities to ensure safe, efficient production that consistently meets quality standards.

Participate in equipment preparation and installation of printing plates.
Perform rigorous quality checks throughout production.
Actively participate in job changes and the various stages of production.
Help identify and troubleshoot issues to optimize press performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and productivity targets.
Ensure clear and effective communication during shift handovers.
High School Diploma (DES).
Training in printing or relevant experience in industrial production.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an offset press operator, on sheet-fed or web presses (the type of experience determines plant placement).
Basic knowledge of the printing process and hands-on experience handling ink.
Mechanical aptitude and a robust interest in industrial equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
