As our Guest Services Agent, you'll greet guests warmly during check-ins, assign rooms based on their preferences, and help make their stay comfortable. You'll provide information about local amenities and attractions and ensure smooth check-outs by preparing room bills. You'll also address any guest complaints with a positive attitude and perform other tasks as needed.

We’re looking for someone who can communicate well,



has excellent guest service skills, and works well both in a team and independently. You'll need to be available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
