The ThinkPad Offering Team Project Manager combines technical product development with business program management. You will translate market requirements and technology capabilities into optimized products while managing cost, schedule, quality, resources, and execution. Multiple generations may include market, development, and early-planning products.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate customer needs and business objectives into product definitions

Coordinate engineering, marketing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and partners

Lead scope discussions, investment reviews, checkpoints, and status updates





Make trade-off decisions involving features, schedule, cost, quality, and resources

Monitor post-launch performance and changing market conditions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field

At least two years of project management or product development experience

Hardware or software product development experience

Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

Use program management, stakeholder influence, and product judgment to advance Lenovo ThinkPad innovation across global teams.
