Reports to: Manager, Full-Service Dining & Banquets
Role Status: Part Time / Seasonal / Hourly

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic server to provide an exceptional and memorable dining experience for our guests. Provide exceptional service, knowledgeably sell and up-sell mocktails, cocktails, wine and craft beer
Perform opening duties to prepare for service and closing duties at end of shift
Serve guests in a prompt, attentive, professional and courteous manner within the seating limits to ensure proper table flips for the next reservation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and wait stations
Polish glassware, wine glasses and cutlery to the required standard
Create the proper ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant and adjust as the evening progresses
Knowledgeably recommend wine and drink pairings to the food menu for the guests
This position reports directly to the Manager, Full-Service Dining & Banquets and does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
Serving It Right Certificate required
Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant environment
Possess excellent customer service,



organizational and communication skills while maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with all team members
A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.
