You will bridge business strategy and engineering execution across Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management, turning complex operational needs into reliable technical solutions. Combining deep Java expertise with full-stack development, AWS cloud architecture, and enterprise SaaS integrations, you will lead projects from initial discovery through production deployment. You will also mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, and ensure systems meet rigorous security, governance, and compliance standards. Beyond traditional software engineering, you will explore generative AI and intelligent automation to eliminate manual processes and unlock recent efficiencies. Partner with Finance, HR, Sales Operations, and other business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, gather requirements, translate business needs into technical architectures, develop proofs of concept, and deliver production-ready solutions. - Technical leadership and mentorship: Coach software engineers and senior engineers in system design, clean coding practices, distributed systems, cloud engineering, and effective troubleshooting, helping raise technical standards across distributed teams. - Architecture and code quality: Lead architecture reviews, establish rigorous code and pull request review practices, and promote maintainable, secure, reliable, and auditable software delivery.



- Java microservices development: Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance backend services using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot, including RESTful APIs, multithreaded applications, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. - Architect and implement reliable integrations across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe, and Coupa using Workato or other integration platforms, custom connectors, REST APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks. - Build and maintain internal dashboards, administrative consoles, and workflow automation tools using TypeScript, React, Next. js, HTML5, and CSS3, supported by robust backend services. - AWS cloud architecture: Design and operate scalable, cost-effective cloud and serverless solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora, Secrets Manager, IAM, and CloudWatch. - Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent tools to enable consistent, secure, and reproducible cloud deployments. - Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, large language models, intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations using AWS Bedrock and Claude or OpenAI APIs. - Data architecture and management: Develop reliable data integrations and services using relational databases, NoSQL technologies, and modern data platforms, supporting data consistency, transaction reconciliation, and enterprise reporting. - Enforce enterprise authentication and authorization standards, secure integration practices, automated testing, CI/CD controls, centralized monitoring, and compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX 404(b), and relevant SOC 2 requirements.
