This is an in office positon and can be located in either Ajax, ON or Mississauga, ON A fair market pay estimate for this position is: $31.25 -36.06 CAD per hour.

Proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to focus on renewing service contracts and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high rate of contract renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and reducing customer churn. Your efforts will directly impact recurring revenue and customer satisfaction.
Service Contract Renewals
Manage the end-to-end process of renewing service contracts, ensuring timely communication with customers ahead of expiration dates.
Achieve and exceed individual renewal rate targets by proactively engaging with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
Address customer questions and objections to secure commitments for contract renewals.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote retention and loyalty.
Partner with customer success and support teams to resolve any service-related concerns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new offerings that enhance customer value.
Data Management and Reporting




Accurately update and maintain records of customer interactions and renewal activities in the CRM system or excel.
Provide regular reports on renewal rates, customer feedback, and upsell success to leadership.
Use data to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve renewal outcomes.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
Work closely with the sales operations and finance teams to streamline the renewal process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).

2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a recurring revenue or subscription-based business.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in renewals or customer retention.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
