Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and sales, coupled with exceptional customer service skills to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to client preferences.
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and provide necessary documentation for clients prior to their trips.
- Stay informed about new promotions, packages,



and offerings to effectively market to potential customers.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,900.00-$3,500.00 per month
