What You Bring to the Table: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, plus possible overtime. work in environments with Must have excellent math skills Basic mechanical aptitudePrevious experience with pumps, hoses, compressors, and preventative maintenance checks and lock out tag outMicrosoft Office experience required Experience in manufacturing, or in the chemicals industry Experience driving ISO/Tanker containers using a yard truck desiredGas chromatography Chemical blending and transferringHigh School Diploma or GED (Required) Day-To-Day: Our Process Operator works under the direction of our Plant Manager to perform timely, high-quality work. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain safe operation of the distillation tower by managing the production of blends, chemical transfers, and bulk cylinders movement.Assist with the daily monitoring of the separation towers to ensure the smooth and efficient running of site operationsReport any faults, site, and maintenance issues to Maintenance to ensure site safety and product qualityAccurately monitors inventory levels of material into the column for separation and finished goods productHandles high and low-pressure gas and takes and monitors samplesDemonstrate the ability to be a safety leader by fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring a secure work environment with a commitment to zero injuries, emissions, and leaksMust safely operate a manual power jack.Understands hazards of various gases, sizes,
