Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a skilled, qualified building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily repair and maintenance of our 4 storey building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction regarding maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, performing repairs, handling day to day operations of building maintenance, effectively managing staff, and maintaining the overall functionality of the building.

Duties - Manage all aspects of the hotel maintenance and building operations.- Supervise maintenance staff members in their job duties and ensure they provide excellent customer service- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization- Oversee hotel maintenance and ensure all rooms and facilities are in good working condition.- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Work well/communicates well with co-workers, management and ownership

-Work well and effectively communicate with outside contractors.

Skills

-Present a friendly, calm and reasonable management style- Strong, patient leadership abilities to effectively manage a diverse team- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing,



technology ,pool maintenance ,and mechanical systems within a hotel setting- Proficiency in English for effective communication with guests and staff- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks efficiently in an organized manner- Project management skills to oversee renovations or new initiatives- Ability to initiate solutions for unexpected issues with the ability to "think outside the box"

-Physically capable of lifting, carrying, stretching, pulling, and pushing heavy loads. This is a physically demanding job at times and successful applicant must be in good physical health.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
