Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, development, and employee departures

Direct field labor and support personnel for repair delivery

Manage budgets, costs, profitability, materials, tools, and equipment

Conduct safety audits, meetings, training, and compliance activities





Maintain stakeholder relationships and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

Minimum five years of operational or field management experience

People management experience developing diverse teams

Solid financial, communication, and conflict resolution skills
