Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop Sumas Way in Abbotsford is hiring Guest Services team members!
We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our front desk and retail team. In this role, you'll help create a great first impression, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure every guest has a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

As a Guest Services team member, you'll help keep the front desk organized while supporting our guests and barbering team.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Managing service queues and helping guests navigate their visits
Assisting guests with retail product selections
Supporting product displays, merchandising, and inventory organization
Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and welcoming




Managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service

Starting wage of $18 per hour

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and can confidently manage the demands of a busy front desk.
Customer Service & Communication
Excellent customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude
Confidence answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting guests
Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is an asset
