We're hiring a full-cycle Account Executive for the North American market. You'll report to the Director of Sales and own your number end to end — sourcing it, qualifying it, running it, and closing it.

A meaningful share of your pipeline will be pipeline you built: working our existing sign-ups and dormant accounts, and running outbound into named target accounts you've picked. You'll have a dialer, a CRM, a Solutions Engineer, and a lot of room to decide how you work.

Build your own pipeline — outbound into named accounts, plus mining our existing sign-ups and aged leads for real opportunities

Our buyer rarely signs alone — you'll need the support leader, their ops lead, and the technical stakeholder behind both

Work in tandem with Solutions Engineering to prove out the platform against the prospect's actual support stack

Keep your pipeline honest in HubSpot — we run discovery to SPICED,



and we expect accurate stages, next steps, and a forecast your manager can rely on

Remain attuned to industry trends to inform our product development and strategic direction

Foster collaboration with marketing, operations, and engineering to propel Botpress's growth and culture

2+ years closing in B2B SaaS, with a track record of self-sourced pipeline — you can name accounts you created from nothing and walk through how you closed them

- Experience selling to support, CX, or operations leaders is a strong plus
- Comfortable living on the phone; Comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- This role covers the North American market; strong written and spoken English is required
