Option to work under LFP, FFS or New-To-Practice Contract (upon application approval by Island Health).

Recruitment Incentive- $10,000 (for full-time)

Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4,



then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
