This permanent leadership position provides enterprise-wide accountability across service, parts, supply chain, training, and operations. You will guide salaried and hourly employees while strengthening customer partnerships and delivering safety, financial, and operational results. The position requires strategic leadership and a visible field presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic and operational alignment across regional functions

Requirements:

10+ years progressive leadership in operational environments

Experience leading large-scale operations and leaders

Knowledge across service, parts, supply chain, and maintenance

Experience managing customer contracts and stakeholder relationships

Strong financial, communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
