Support Ontario Youth (SOY) is proud to partner with Langstaff & Sloan who isseeking a motivated and reliable3rd year Electrical Apprenticeto join their team in Etobicoke, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who is passionate about working in the Residential field and wants to expand their electrical knowledge, gain real-world experience, and grow within a professional, safety-focused electrical company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist Journeyman Electricians ininstalling wiring, conduit, and electrical componentsfor recent construction, renovations, and service work.
- Support themounting of device boxes, fixtures, and equipmentaccording to electrical drawings and code requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical issuesunder supervision, ensuring safe and effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site, keeping tools, materials, and equipment ready for use.
- Gather, transport, and prepare materialsneeded for daily operations.
- Adhere to company safety standards and allElectrical Safety Authority (ESA)andOntario Electrical Coderegulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors,



and clients to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Registered 3rd year Electrical Apprentice
- Residential experience– preferred
- Commercial experience
- Valid G-class driver’s licensewith aclean driver’s abstract.
- Must possesspersonal hand toolssuitable for electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn from experienced electricians.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $25- $35/ hour
