Baxter’s Alliston facility needs a production operator skilled in equipment operation, QA inspections, and accurate documentation on afternoons.

As a Kiefel and Regrind Operator, you will help produce high-quality products by operating the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder. The full time permanent schedule runs Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:00. Responsibilities include regrind support, production paperwork, material movement,



and minor mechanical adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Kiefel department regrind activities as needed
• Maintain production paperwork matching materials to B.O.M.
• Perform required QA checks following SOPs
• Use lift devices and material handling equipment safely
• Notify supervisors about safety, quality, or equipment issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with proof
• Experience performing repetitive manufacturing tasks
• Food or manufacturing industry experience
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Ability to understand Baxter specifications and SOPs
