HMSHost is seeking a Shift Supervisor who can direct associates, support customer service, and operate cash registers at Calgary Airport. Leadership guides each shift.

This position assists the Store Manager or General Manager with daily activities, productivity, work assignments, and scheduling. You will help train recent associates, follow cash handling procedures, and maintain security of cash. The supervisor also supports product rotation, ordering, inventory counts, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Give work directions within management’s established framework
- Coordinate on-the-job training for new associates
- Operate registers and void transactions when needed
- Maintain cash security under HMSHost procedures
- Implement product rotation and participate in inventories

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- At least six months supervisory or lead experience
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend policy documents
- Ability to bend, twist, stand, and lift 40 pounds
