About the Role We’re looking for a Client Service Representative to join our growing Customer Service team at Elte. For over 100 years, Elte has been dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our clients, and our Client Service team plays a critical role in bringing that commitment to life. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience through proactive communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management. Working closely with clients, sales associates, and suppliers, you’ll take ownership of inquiries and resolutions while delivering the high level of service that defines the Elte brand. Key Responsibilities Elevate our client services by providing seamless after‑sale experience Practice a highly disciplined and organized approach to working with our clients, suppliers and sales associates Take ownership to acknowledge and manage all client inquiries by phone, email and in person Display a high sense of urgency and diligent follow‑up skills when resolving client issues and other internal parties Accurately process payments and invoices and manage product issues and repairs Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer service, client service, administrative, or customer support role. Experience working in a retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or service‑focused workplace is considered an asset. Proven ability to manage client concerns professionally and effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and strong follow‑up skills. Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business systems. Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms. Strong data entry and administrative accuracy. Nice to Have Experience supporting clients in a luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or hospitality environment.
