We are adding a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to our Finance, Payroll & Procurement team in Langley.You will support payroll and advantages for our unionized hourly workforce across three provinces, working directly with the Payroll and Benefits Manager. This is a learning role by design. You will build practical skills in multi province compliance, collective agreements, and ADP Workforce Now, with training provided.What you will doHelp process payroll every two weeks for unionized hourly employees in ADP Workforce NowReview timecards and verify overtime, vacation, and statutory holiday pay against employment standards and collective agreementsHelp prepare Records of Employment (ROEs)Process benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations, and help reconcile monthly premiumsAnswer employee payroll and benefits questions and escalates complex issuesKeep employee records accurate and support year end reporting, including T4sRun payroll and benefits reports as requestedWhat you bringPayroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)



certification (required)Up to 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or administration (internships and work terms count)High school diploma (postsecondary coursework in payroll, accounting, or HR is an asset)Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data entryClear communication with employees, union representatives, and outside organizationsDiscretion with confidential informationStrong attention to detail and time managementPayroll legislation knowledge is an asset, but we will train youWhere you will workFully onsite at our Langley office during regular business hours, Monday Through Friday.
