As a Stockperson / Cartpusher, you help maintain smooth store operations while building retail, teamwork, and customer service skills. Duties include returning carts, assisting carry outs and carry ins, verifying receipts, completing logs, and maintaining facilities. Safety remains central throughout the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely using Walmart approved procedures
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Complete logs and required equipment inspections accurately
- Perform cleaning, maintenance, and safety sweeps

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
- Use steel toe footwear and a reflective vest
